
Returns and ExchangesCycleOps does not accept returns on products purchased at a retail location. Products purchased at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase according to the retailer's individual return policy.
Products purchased at cycleops.com must be returned to Saris Cycling Group. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight is nonrefundable. Returned products should be in original packaging and not show any damage from use. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
